PLATINUM LUXURY STAYS AT FRESHWATER PLACE, Melbourne – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel was everything we could want, with immaculate rooms that had everything anyone could need and more, warm and quiet ambiance. The staff were very helpful and friendly, looking after us really well, although there was a lack of response when asking about the bond. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to food choices and magnificent views. The facilities included dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services.

The hotel is perfectly located, allowing easy exploration of Melbourne by foot or public transport. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything needed for our family, including a cot and highchair. However, there was some noise outside the master room.

The hotel offers magnificent rooms with fantastic views of Southbank and Crown, but note that they can be quite light at night, which may not suit those who prefer a dark room for sleeping. The service was prompt and helpful pre-stay, yet there was a lack of response regarding inquiries about the bond. The location is more than worth it, providing a luxurious and conveniently accessed apartment right next to Crown Melbourne and in close proximity to Flinders Street railway station.
